We are a woman-owned, family-run small business out of Austin, Texas. We are passionate about xylitol and oral health. Our mission is to educate and empower people to care for their own oral health.

Here we are! Dr. Ellie and Chrissie – the mother and daughter team behind Zellie's.

We teach that dental disease is transmissible, that it is completely preventable, and how xylitol is an easy and effective oral care supplement to protect teeth, reduce plaque, and improve oral health.

Zellie’s was founded in 2005 by dentist and oral health advocate Dr. Ellie Phillips to promote the proven benefits of xylitol, a natural sweetener that helps strengthen teeth and freshen breath. Running the business alongside Dr. Ellie is her daughter, Chrissie Jarrell, who shares Ellie's passion for health and wellness.
