Zellie’s mints are sweetened with 100% tooth-friendly xylitol and each mint contains 0.55 grams of xylitol. Enjoy a few Zellie’s mints after each meal, snack or beverage to help neutralize acidity for a cleaner, healthier mouth.

Consume 6-10 grams of xylitol each day in 3-5 exposures for maximum dental benefit. 6.5 grams daily is sufficient to effectively reduce the number of harmful bacteria in the mouth. Good bacteria that take their place are non-adhesive and appear to be protective of teeth over the long term.

Best Advice!

I love this dental plan and can tell such a difference in the way my mouth stays clean and teeth feel clean. The mints I have tried are very good. I like the fact that there are only a few ingredients and not a lot of filler ingredients. Thank you for caring about people enough to tell them the truth.

Mild Fruit Flavor

I have no complaints about the product. I didn't want a strong flavor, but I wanted a pleasant flavor. This has no after taste. :)
Since I use my android phone and PayPal, there was some problem with pop-ups that made using PayPal a real pain. If I go through that again, I may use a credit card.

I originally found your gum in a natural food and health store after reading about Xylitol benifits. I had 22 cavities and a constant battle throughout the years even with very attentive oral care practices. Some of my cavities were so painful I was using Clove Oil topically about 2 months. I noticed my mouth much fresher and cleaner feeling throughout the day that I looked into Dr. Ellie's website and got very informed. I purchased a case of the gum and mints bottles along with starting on docs complete mouth care system. Within 2 weeks, all of my cavity pain disappeared and I stopped using the clove oil. I finally sat in the dentists chair and he filled 5 deep cavities. He commented to keep doing my oral care because whatever I'm doing is working. The dentist said that my cavities though present, had stopped deteriorating. That was all the proof I needed. To be clear, I did purchase per Dr. Ellie's instructions very specific ingredient items; Closys, Listerine, Act mouthwash, Colgate and 2 new toothbrushes. I follow her plan exactly as prescribed in a few page booklet I purchased from the docs website for a few dollars. I'm very impressed with this oral care plan. The gum and mints are a must if you work outside in the heat requiring lots of fluid intake. . Thank you Dr. Ellie.
