Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We are currently only shipping to customers with shipping addresses in the United States. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 and more within the United States. Free shipping is for standard shipping via UPS or USPS to U.S. locations only and not valid for our wholesale customers.

Canadian Customers: Due to various logistical issues, we have had to temporarily suspend shipping to addresses in Canada. We hope to bring back this option soon.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. Many of our international customers have had success with third-party mail forwarding companies. One of the more popular services is called MyUS.com. We are not affiliated with this service in any way and are just offering it as a suggestion if you would like to try and have Zellie's products forwarded to your International shipping address. Please note that The Complete Mouth Care System and the Travel Kit System can not be shipped internationally due to restrictions on some of the mouthwash products.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you don’t like something that you ordered please let us know so we can make it right. Please complete our Return Request Form for fastest service. Or email us at hello@zellies.com or call us at 1-855-373-5543. Full refunds will be given for any unopened product and we will be happy to offer store credit if you would like to return product that has been opened. Return shipping will be paid for by Zellie’s for exchanges.

Standard Shipping
The cost of shipping is determined by the total weight of products ordered. To see shipping costs, when checking out, enter your bill to and ship to address and click continue; the shipping costs will appear on the following page.
