Shipping Information

We are currently offering FREE shipping on orders of $75 and more within the United States. Free shipping is for standard shipping via UPS or USPS to U.S. locations only and not valid for our wholesale customers.

All orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS Canada Standard shipping. All taxes and tariffs fees will be the responsibility of the receiver of the shipment once it enters Canada. Unfortunately, there is no way for Zellie’s to pre-calculate these fees at the time of checkout.

Canadian Customers: If you are having trouble placing your order, please select “country” first, then you will be able to select your province. (remove “be sure to” before “select”)

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you don’t like something that you ordered please let us know so we can make it right. Please complete our Return Request Form for fastest service. Or email us at hello@zellies.com or call us at 1-855-373-5543. Full refunds will be given for any unopened product and we will be happy to offer store credit if you would like to return product that has been opened. Return shipping will be paid for by Zellie’s for exchanges.

Standard Shipping
The cost of shipping is determined by the total weight of products ordered. To see shipping costs, when checking out, enter your bill to and ship to address and click continue; the shipping costs will appear on the following page.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Zellie’s does not ever share your contact information with any third party, for any reason. Shipping information is shared with carriers (such as USPS) specifically for the purpose of delivering your order only. Click here to view our complete privacy policy.

Security Policy
Your information is secure with Zellie’s. We use industry standard SSL encryption for our site's ordering and encrypt your credit card (or other commerce data) on our servers, in addition to industry standard data security measures.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship to customers with addresses outside of the US and Canada. If you live outside of these areas, you may consider a package forwarding service. Please note however that Dr. Ellie's Complete Mouth Care System and the Travel System can not be shipped internationally.
