I gave this gum to my grandkids. They like the taste. They live far from us so I don’t know if they chew them in place of other gum or not so this isn’t a fair review if intereste in purchasing. My friend uses the cool mint ones and loves them.
I have only had them for a week and can’t say if they are good for my teeth or not. They taste good is really all I can say. Maybe time will tell. I do recommend them though as they aren’t full of sugar yet they are satisfyingly sweet.

I've been trying to deal with unhealthy gums for a long time. I stuck to it with these mints over several months and now my gums are far healthier. I can't recommend them higher for oral health.

After some serious setbacks personally, my teeth started to suffer from the stress. I had a lot of mouth pain and some tooth breakage. Dental care in my area is very poor and unaffordable so I turned to Dr. Ellie and mouthwatchers toothbrushes in desperation. Thankfully, the decline in my mouth has ceased and I have no more pain, though I still need dental work for what I already lost. Now my teeth are shiny and so much healthier and I can eat whatever I want. I am ever so grateful!
As gums go, all-natural or not, this is excellent and one of the best I've tasted. I highly recommend it.
I love taking a Zellies gum after every meal. And other brands of xylitol have something else in it that gives me a migraine. Zellies never does. My favorite is Fruit and Berry. The Cinnamon is a little too strong.
